Before drafting the justifications, my partner and I analyzed Nordstrom's month-to-month shifts, projected inventory, markdowns, and monthly purchases. Our aim was to enhance turnover without surpassing 2.0 and establish gross margin objectives surpassing last year's results. We succinctly justified the plan by referencing research, emphasizing variances, and elucidating how the strategy would bolster sales.
