The analysis was split into three sections; Company Overview, Sourcing Strategies, and Sustianable Practices

Provide key identifiers such as product association, background details including founding information and headquarters location, business type (publicly traded, B-Corp, nonprofit), employee count/annual volume, brands/customers, target consumer profile, product types, mission, value statement, corporate diversity and inclusion policies, charitable initiatives (including internal and external efforts and foundation support), and a SWOT analysis of the company.

Analyzing if Patagonia focuses on manufacturing in specific countries, considering factors like trade agreements and factory skills. It collaborates with factories globally, providing examples with details like location, employee count, and product type. The company may own some suppliers, and it employs both internal and third-party sourcing methods. Unique processes like artisanal supply chains are utilized alongside traditional manufacturing. Supplier selection involves rigorous analysis and compliance procedures, ensuring transparency and quality control. Future sourcing plans include integrating new technologies like blockchain and automation, with considerations for COVID-19's impact on strategies and the company's response.
